Shipping, Delivery, & Returns


Items generally ship out the same day ordered (before 4 PM C.S.T) unless its a weekend or holiday and then items will ship out the next business day. Please allow 2-3 days from date of order placement for shipping confirmation.


Items are normally delivered to your location within 2-3 days of shipping. When we ship, we will send you a tracking number for you to follow your package. 


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping.  Items with free shipping may be returned for full refund minus our shipping costs (minimum cost of $14.95). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from purchase date.   Bats cannot be returned if the wrapper has been removed, as this voids the manufacturer's warranty.  Any item that has been returned with tags/wrappers removed WILL NOT be refunded under any circumstances! Returns on closeout items will be refunded at the current advertised price. Items used, that have been correctly fulfilled, will not be accepted under any circumstances. Additionally, any marks, scratches or other imperfections resulting from the use, transport or storage of the bat while in the possession of the customer (in or out of the plastic) will result in the bat being considered "used" and will not be eligible for a refund.  All defective bats must be returned to the manufacturer.          

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 working days after receipt of the order. All that we ask is that you call us first to tell us what you are returning and put a handwritten/typed note and the invoice in with the returned item(s) per our conversation.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

 Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions.  The following items may not be returned under any circumstances:

  • Jocks & Undergarments - Due to the personal nature of the product.
  • Mouthguards - Due to hygienic reasons.
  • Special Orders, Custom Orders, Team Orders or other Special Accommodations.
  • Blemished Products

Once an order has shipped, if the customer wishes to cancel the order, the customer will still be responsible for the shipping costs.
