You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping. Items with free shipping may be returned for full refund minus our shipping costs. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from purchase date. Bats cannot be returned if the wrapper has been removed, as this voids the manufacturer's warranty. Any item that has been returned with tags/wrappers removed WILL NOT be refunded under any circumstances! Returns on closeout items will be refunded at the current advertised price. Items used, that have been correctly, will not be accepted under any circumstances.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 working days after receipt of the order. All that we ask is that you call us first to tell us what you are returning and put a handwritten/typed note and the invoice in with the returned item(s) per our conversation.
Once an order has shipped, if the customer wishes to cancel the order, the customer will still be responsible for the shipping costs.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that the Free Shipping terms are for shipments to the U.S. and it's territories only, International orders will not be processed with this option.
Free shipping is only in CONTINENTAL USA.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
UPS does not deliver on weekends. Any 3 Day Select or 2nd Day Air orders placed after business hours Wednesday will not arrive until the following Monday.
The Postal Service (USPS) does not deliver on all Federal Holidays. Any orders placed before/during a Federal Holiday will have a delayed delivery time.
Import Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for all Import Duties and Taxes. Please contact your carrier for more information before purchasing from us. Customers are responsible for paying any re-shipping fees if they choose to refuse merchandise upon arrival.
