The manufacturer's warranty covers all defective bats. Warranties vary, but most bats will have a warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Any defective bat must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Manufacturers will require a receipt for all returns. If you have lost your receipt, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 850.243.9574. If needed, we can mail or fax a receipt to you as well.
Most items sold by Hock Sports have a manufacturer’s warranty which is passed directly to the customer. Hock Sports has no control over the terms of the warranty. Items that do not have a warranty are clearly noted. Many companies prefer that you deal with them directly on defective products.
All bat manufacturers require all defective bats to be returned directly to them for replacement. Hock Sports can not replace defective bats. You can obtain a return authorization by visiting the manufacturer website or contacting their bat warranty department. You must have a copy of your receipt for replacement
